David Pezeshki

David co-founded Redwood in 2007 to help the early-stage start-ups he saw day to day get the right valuation. Before founding Redwood, David spent nine years as Controller at Alloy Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm. While at Alloy David also stepped in as CFO for many of Alloy’s portfolio companies, helping them with tax, accounting and financial consulting. Prior to Alloy David was a Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young.

David is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant. He received a BA in Accounting (1999) and an MS in Finance (2001) from Louisiana State University.
