Brian Alwine

Brian has 20 years of experience in business valuation and public accounting. He regularly works with clients across the USA and internationally, ranging from startups to publicly traded companies in many industries. His experience includes valuations of all types for financial reporting, litigation support, tax compliance, and transaction consulting purposes.

Prior to joining Redwood Valuation, Brian began his career at Crowe. He then founded his own firm ClarityBV and later sold it to Kruggel Lawton. Most recently prior to Redwood Valuation, he worked at Hill Barth & King. Both KL and HBK were BDO Alliance firms, where Brian was an active member and presenter.

Brian is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in Business Valuation by the American Society of Appraisers. He received a BS in Business Administration from Indiana University South Bend.
